Refunds
Refunds are available on a case to case basis and within reasonable time limits. Specifically,  approved returns in original condition will be accepted within 3 days from receipt of the items and contact from the buyer. Item will be refunded. The buyer pays for all shipping fees (purchase and/or return).

Exchanges
Exchanges are available on a case to case basis and within reasonable time limits. Specifically,  approved exchanges in original condition will be accepted within 3 days from receipt of the items and contact from the buyer. Item will be exchanged. The buyer pays for all shipping fees (purchase and/or exchange).

Shipping
Items are typically shipped via Canada Post economy shipping which usually entails 2 weeks or more for the item to arrive, dependant on your location. Not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
